Many customers have inquired about the impact of the Coronavirus global health concern on our ability to deliver products and services. Northwest Pump’s priority is the health and safety of our customers, suppliers, and employees.
Northwest Pump like many of our customers is designated an “essential business” in keeping our customers business running. We take this very seriously and are taking steps internally to assure our continued availability.
We are in contact with all of our suppliers and receive operational updates constantly. To date, our suppliers report that they do not expect significant delays.
Obviously, the situation is rapidly evolving, and things can change very quickly. Should delays become inevitable in the future, we will work with our suppliers to mitigate these as much as possible.
Northwest Pump is committed to keeping our partners updated with the most accurate information possible. We would like to assure you that as of today all of our 17 locations are functioning.
